I love my Targhee IIs so thought I'd try Keen again as I didn't need to wear my orthodics due to the good arch support. I also have a pair of Laguna sandals which I wear without my orthodics. ALL my Keens are VERY comfortable! The Shasta runs larger than my other Keens. Didn't have them long as my right shoe's top lace loop began to unravel. Altrec has good customer service. I called on a Saturday and they emailed me immediately a shipping label and packing slip. Since I did like them alot, I might check to see if I can find a pair in a local store so I don't have to worry about the quality of the manufacturing.
