(More customer reviews)I have worn every kind of orthotic insert since my first pair was custom made for me in 1963 by a foot doctor. Every pair I have tried since then has made my feet hurt more; until a salesperson at Copeland's Sporting Gds. told me about Superfeet back around 2000. I bought a pair of blue insoles and my foot pain went away. Over the next year I bought 3 more pair of blue, and one of black. Since the black insoles are thinner they work better in my dress shoes that are a little tight with the thicker blues...but both have worked for me equally well. I won't wear anything else...in fact I was looking for the the last source I had used previously to order a few more pair of black insoles when I came across this offering. The last time I paid $22.50 a pair. I bought 2 pair of new shoes today (Eccos and PR Lites), and the salesman tried to switch me from Superfeet to a new insole they were selling for $60.00 a pair...no way. When I bought my first pair back in 2000 I tried them on first at the store before I bought them, and they felt great from the get-go...so I would recommend trying them on first if possible. What works for one guy, may not work for another...but they are sure worth consideration.
