(More customer reviews)Let me start by saying, there are better running shoes out there. However, for the 35$ these cost me I have found my new favourite shoes. If you are familiar with Pose running, or naturally run on the forefoot these shoes make a great addition to your shoe closet. I bought these as an intermediate running show to wear for races and longer distances on asphalt. I have been training almost exclusively in Vibram Fivefingers or in bare feet and these shoes are nearly as comfortable as either of my previous options. Beware however, if you are not sprinting and happen to be running on hard surfaces it is a must to adapt your running technique accordingly as these shoes offer little protection from the pounding you experience with "traditional" running techniques. If you want a nice pair of runners for little investment these are the way to go. Also for any crossfitters looking at these shoes, I have performed several wods in these shoes, and the only thing that well unnatural was my heavy oly lifts, in these cases I still prefer barefoot or oly shoes, otherwise I'd put these up against a more pricey pair of innov8s any day.
