(More customer reviews)I have a Morton's Neuroma (pinched nerve) in both feet - one has had surgery & one has not. I need a shoe with good support, but gives my toes plenty of space which is why I practically wear nothing but athletic sandals. I've heard so many good things about Teva that I thought I'd try these. Overall, I was disappointed.
PROS:
-Size 8 shoe actually seems to be a size 8.
-Nice looking sandal.
Cons:
-Materials & construction don't look like they will hold up.
-The heel strap hits the heel in an awkward spot and stretches while you walk rubbing the back of my heel.
-The arch support hits in the wrong place. Maybe this is unique to my foot, but I've never had this happen with any other athletic sandal.
-The sole bends too easily again not giving my foot good support. I need a shoe with a firm sole to keep the pressure off my neuroma. The Teva Toachi bends and puts the stress point exactly where the nerve is on the pad of the foot.
If you have no problems with your feet, then this shoe may work for casual wear. If you have any problems that require you to wear a shoe with good support, then I would not recommend this shoe.
