(More customer reviews)The man who runs this company is terribly rude.He was uncaring about the fact that I thought the "W" beside the size labes does not mean "womans" but means "W", along with the "M" for "medium."Therefore, we ordered the wrong sized, believing we were ordering Men's sizes.He would cut me off when I was trying to explain on the phone and tell me that he "doesn't see why I got so confused.it's never happened before."and basically making me feel like an idiot. Then, he was late sending the new shoes back to us, after we'd returned the women's shoes. Our return had been sitting his house for who knows how long, when we FINALLYgot a hold of him, after more than 5 phone calls and e-mails.
Don't order from him unless you know EXACTLY what you're getting and will not need to bother with returns/exchanges any way!
