(More customer reviews)These shoes are great for running, but a little heavy.They are very comfortable and very good for someone who strikes the ground hard.However, if you have extremely high arches, I recommend switching out the insoles with more supportive ones.I bought new insoles from Sports Authority and now my runs are pain free!
