These inserts not only reduce the warm, moist environment that a foot fungus needs, but they also eliminate odor. I personally use them in my shoes esp. hunting boots. You can actually feel the decrease in the heat and moisture that normally occur from all day wearing of an enclosed shoe/boot. Also, at this price you need to stock up! You will not find this product at Walmart!
