My soccer player son recommended that I buy turf shoes so I did.
It's made all the difference in the world as far as my feet are concerned and even my knee feels better.
If you're playing on hard ground and have "well-seasoned" joints, turf shoes are the way to go!
These shoes fit well so the sizes are pretty right on - maybe running a touch large.They're made for women which is important.
