(More customer reviews)I love the fit of Brooks running shoes - they are snug enough that I don't have to tie them if I'm just walking around, yet they never feel tight.The Dyads are listed as neutral for runners with low arches.I definitely require a neutral shoe, but I have very high arches and they work well for me, too.So far, my longest run in them has been about 6 miles and no problems with the fit or function. However, it looks like the soles are already wearing down a little bit and I've only been using them for about 5 weeks (avg 7-10 miles a week).I also wear them for my other workouts - lifting, stationary bike, etc.
