(More customer reviews)I'm normally a trail and barefoot runner, but when my feet need a break, and I still want to run, the Ghost 2 provides nicely! A high arch helps when my feet stretch from running in my Fivefinger KSOs, and a comfortable fit that compares to my Mizuno Aspire. I forefoot strike, yet this shoe keeps me on my toes, and has the responsiveness to go with it. Unfortunately, the traction is not perfect, and suffers in non-road environments, but this has everything I need in a road shoe!
In short, a good neutral shoe with a higher arch and good flexibility. Easily one of my favourites.
