I am a huge asics fan and I wear their shoes for the gym and just every day use, but this is a very uncomfortable shoe. Iwas a huge fan of the Asics Gel Cardio shoe, but now that shoe is not available and they have started with the Gel Cardio 2. This shoe is expensive, and I don't have a problem with that if it was a comfortable shoe like the original Gel Cardio, but it is not. If your looking for a comfortable shoe, don't buy this one.
