(More customer reviews)I purchased these shoes for my son, for $99.99, less than 2 months ago. He wears them to school (not for sports, etc). He loves the comfort of them, BUT within 6 weeks the mesh on the inside of the foot has split in exactly the same place on both shoes. It is about a dime size hole on each shoe.I talked to Reebok and they told me this is covered under their "Manufacturer's defect" return policy. You can send them back to Reebok (even if purchased elsewhere) and they will exchange them for the same shoes, or a different style pair of shoes.The phone number to call is 800-843-4444.I will be sending my son's shoes back in for different shoes, as the customer service rep could not tell me if this issue has been fixed on the Zigs. It's not worth taking another chance on $100 shoes that lasted less than 2 months. I would not recommend buying these until Reebok fixes this issue.If they fix this problem, then I would give these shoes 5 stars.
