I normally wear a size 7, but one foot is a half size bigger, and after trying these on, I ended up getting a size 8 because my left big toe rubbed against the end seam of the shoe. I wore them for the first time this weekend on a 3 mile hike, and they were soooo comfortable, great support, and no pain from not breaking in first. My only regret is that I paid $106.00 at the store. I wish I had tried them on then just ordered them from Amazon.com!
