(More customer reviews)...Because nothing manmade is absolutely perfect, however these come close. My doctor diagnosed me with recent onset of plantar faciitis (sp?) and I walk for a living basically. So when Dr. Schol's heel inserts specifically for that condition did not work, I purchased these shoes. I had previously discovered Etonic's Minado MC running shoe was some of the most comfortable footwear I'd ever worn, so I decided to give these a try. My work calls for black shoes, so they fit the bill in that respect as well, they have a casual dress appearance to them. For anyone in the service industry I HIGHLY recommend these shoes. My first pair has not worn out yet, but I've purchased an additional 3 pairs. I hate when I find something I like and then a company decides to discontinue a product. This way I've got plenty of leeway. Being all black leather, only issue I have is on warmer days, they do not breathe enough for me. So I will have to purchase costly polypro or lite silk socks, something of that nature. But, I am extremely satisfied with them overall!
