I tried on many many brands and styles while on a recent trip to Washington State, but as soon as I put these on they fit perfectly - this one is great for my foot: high arch, over-pronator. I'm 170 lbs, 5 feet 8 in. tall in case that helps anyone reading this. My feet have never been more comfortable AND stable at the same time.I've not used them for trail running though, so have no comment on that aspect.
