(More customer reviews)I'm a first time user of Ryka's.In fact, I hadn't even heard of this brand.I am, however, very picky about my sneakers.I will pay top dollar for them and I won't buy just any pair.They have to fit right the first time.I don't believe there is any "breaking in" period for a sneaker.If its comfortable when you first put it on, then its perfect.It sometimes takes me many tries to find the right sneaker.This year I decided I was going to look for something online, and I started here on Amazon bec/ I often buy items from this venue.I spotted these and immediately did a separate search to read reviews of them.The reviews were very positive, with one note being the recommendation to buy them a half size larger.I went ahead and did the unthinkable, and bought these shoes online, fit untried.I have to say that they are amazing!!--but don't buy them a half size larger!!!They fit great already.The heel is fitted and the foot is boxy enough for my wide feet.I was shocked that these were so comfortable, when I am so hard to please.I highly recommend them.
